Please remember that the user name and password fields are case-sensitive. If you
can't remember your login information, please use the form on the Contact Us page to
send us a request. We will respond as soon as possible with your login information.
HOW DO I TAKE THE TEST?
To access the test for any course, you must first register for it to have it
added to your personal course list. Please login and follow these instructions:
To take courses, you must first add them to your Personal Course list. To do
this, click on the "Click Here to Add Courses" link located at the top of
your course list. This will take you to the main course list page. To the
far right of each course name is a link titled "Add Course." Click on this
link to add the course to your list
To take the test for a course, first make sure you are at your Personal
Course List screen. To do this, click on the "Your Course List" link near
the top of the page. For the course test you wish to take, click on the
"Take Test" link 4 columns to the right of the course name. This will take
you to the test screen.
ARE YOUR COURSES ACCEPTED BY MY STATE?
Yes, all of our courses are accepted by all state boards of nursing. All states accept our courses because they have been preapproved by the ANCC and other state's board of nursing. Our courses are preapproved by the Florida and Dsitrict of Columbia Boards of Nursing and the Maryland Nurses Association, who approves programs on behalf of the ANCC.
I CAN'T OPEN THE COURSE MATERIALS AND/OR CERTIFICATES
To open the .pdf files containing the course material and certificates, you must have a recent version of the free software Adobe Reader on your system. To be sure you have the latest version of the software, go to the Adobe site at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html and follow the steps for downloading and installing the software. It may be necessary to restart your computer after downloading the software to get it to function correctly and open the course files. (NOTE: You can also get to the Adobe site by logging into your account and clicking on the 'Download Adobe Reader' link).
ALL OF THE COURSES ON THE MAIN LIST ARE NO AVAILABLE ON THE COURSE LIST WHEN I'M LOGGED IN
All of the courses listed on the main page of our site are available on the
member course registration page. There are approximately 120 courses worth
over 230 contact hours. The course registration list however is not broken
down into categories. To see the courses within their categories, please
refer back to the main course list on the home page.
